How do you make money if you provide free 15 minute consultations.

Our core mission is to empower individuals by providing them with education to make informed choices.  Now, you might be wondering how we sustain our operations. Well, not everyone we assist will only require a consultation; some will need to sell their property. In such cases, we'll evaluate whether it makes sense for us to buy the property. If not, we have a network of investors that are always ready to purchase, we also have a team member with a real estate license who can list and sell the property on your behalf.

In addition to these services, we're developing a membership program where we can provide coaching and offer e-books for sale. Our goal is to ensure that consumers are well-informed about all their options and can access valuable resources for their real estate needs.

As mentioned, our approach encompasses two primary areas: educating clients and revitalizing neighborhoods. When it comes to education, most individuals seeking knowledge typically reach out to us or discover our services through various advertising channels, including social media and Google ads.

On the revitalization front, we take a careful and specific approach in reaching out to homeowners. Our strategy involves a combination of targeted advertising and direct outreach through phone calls. 

To find direct contact information, such as a phone number for potential leads, we employ a service known as skip tracing. This service makes use of publicly available information, like property deeds, which include the owner's address. Utilizing this information, the skip tracing service helps us locate the phone number associated with that address. This enables us to make direct contact with the property owner to inquire if they are interested in selling. Our approach is designed to be both efficient and discreet to ensure a seamless lead generation process. (Pssst, this is a bit of an insider tip; investors tend to keep this under wraps 😉)
